Terms of Use – E-Surf Referral Program

By participating in the E-Surf referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This program is offered by E-Surf Sport to reward loyal customers who share our brand with their friends.

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to all customers who have made a purchase from E-Surf. An active customer account is required to participate.

2. How the program works

• Each customer can generate a unique referral link via our dedicated referral page.

• This link can be shared freely with friends, family, or through social media.

3. Referrer Reward

• For every friend who uses your link and completes their first purchase of an E-Surf board, you will receive a $250 gift card.

• The gift card is valid anywhere Visa/MasterCard is accepted, unless otherwise specified.

• The gift card will be sent by mail or email within 7 to 14 days after the referred purchase is verified.

4. Friend (Referred Customer) Reward

• Any friend who uses a valid referral link will receive $500 off their first purchase of an E-Surf board.

• This offer is valid one time per person and cannot be combined with other promotions.

5. General Conditions

• The $500 discount is only valid on eligible boards and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• E-Surf reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals before issuing any rewards.

• Any fraudulent or abusive behavior (e.g., self-referrals, multiple accounts) will result in exclusion from the program without notice.

6. Modification or Termination

E-Surf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
