Refund and Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns, except for the deposit, which is refundable until the start of production. Once production has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to assess the issue and find a solution.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your product.

To begin an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, including the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement product. All shipments must be made using a carrier approved by E-Surf Sport.

Once the product is received, E-Surf Sport will inspect and evaluate its condition before approving the exchange.

If the product is unused, in its original condition, returned in its original packaging, and free of any damage or breakage, the exchange may be processed without additional product condition fees.

If the product shows signs of use, wear, damage, misuse, modification, or is not returned in its original condition and packaging, additional fees may apply. These fees will be determined by E-Surf Sport after inspection and will be based on the condition of the product, including any wear, damage, missing parts, or required repairs.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is damaged, heavily used, modified, misused, or cannot be resold or safely used.

Price Adjustments

If the product you purchased goes on sale on our official website, www.esurfsport.com, within 30 days of your purchase, we may offer a one-time price adjustment.

To request a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will verify the eligible sale price.

Price adjustments apply only to the same product model, color, and configuration purchased from E-Surf Sport Inc.. They do not apply to prices offered by retailers, dealers, distributors, third-party websites, or to demo products.

Price adjustments are based on the eligible promotion or sale price available at the time of the request. Promotions or discounts may be combined only when the promotion terms allow it, such as eligible multi-board discounts.

Approved price adjustments will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

Refunds

The deposit is fully refundable until the start of production. Once production has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as the materials and resources for manufacturing will have already been allocated.

If you wish to cancel your order before production starts, please contact us at info@e-surf.ca as soon as possible to initiate the refund process.
