Each purchase of a new E-Surf electric board includes a standard 2-year warranty covering both the board and the battery. This warranty applies to the EZY Standard, EZY Pro, and Race X models.

Demo boards and their batteries come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Some boards were used as demonstration units at boat shows in 2024; these are the boards currently being sold as demo models.
